Huspy Closes 49 Million Palm Jebel Ali Deal, Acquires Luxury Brokerage LuxuryX

Real estate platform integrates luxury brokerage to expand premium market operations across Middle East and Europe.

Huspy completed Palm Jebel Ali’s highest recorded resale transaction at AED 49 million. That single deal captures the operational ambition behind the company’s latest move: acquiring LuxuryX, a Dubai-based luxury brokerage, and preparing to launch Huspy Signature, a dedicated luxury platform set to debut next month.

LuxuryX was founded by Patrick Hayden, who brings more than two decades of experience across Dubai, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Hayden will lead the integration of his team into Huspy’s UAE operation, a process the company is treating as the foundation of its luxury segment push rather than a bolt-on addition. The brokerage built its reputation on personalized client advisory and deep expertise in Dubai’s high-end residential market, assets Huspy is now folding into its broader technology infrastructure.

The timing is deliberate. Dubai recorded AED 252 billion in transactions during the first quarter of 2026, a 31 percent year-on-year increase in value. Abu Dhabi reached AED 117 billion in the first half of 2026, up 112 percent year on year, while foreign direct investment into Abu Dhabi surged 309 percent to AED 13.8 billion. These figures reflect sustained international confidence in the UAE’s economic and regulatory environment, and Huspy is moving to capture a larger share of the premium end of that market.

Huspy’s own operational trajectory has strengthened considerably since January 2026. Its UAE brokerage network expanded by 75 percent, establishing it as a leading source of buyer leads across Dubai Marina, The Meadows, and The Lakes. The company recently delivered its strongest month to date, achieving all-time highs across revenue, transactions, listings, viewings, offers, and conversion rates.

Jad Antoun, CEO of Huspy, was direct about the strategic logic. “Dubai and the UAE is where Huspy began and remains extremely central to our ambition of building the largest homebuying AI-native company across the Middle East and Europe,” he said. “LuxuryX has built a very efficient business in a segment we are doubling down on heavily. The acquisition gives us the right team and expertise to accelerate our growth in the luxury property market.”

Hayden described the fit as a natural one. “LuxuryX was founded on the belief that luxury is defined by the quality of the experience, not simply the value of the property,” he said. “Joining Huspy gives our team access to the technology, infrastructure, and international reach required to take that vision further.”

Huspy Signature will launch with a curated portfolio spanning the company’s international markets: Dubai, Milan, Madrid, Marbella, Barcelona, and Ibiza. The platform integrates specialist property advisory with access to Huspy’s mortgage partner services, creating a unified experience for high-net-worth buyers, investors, and property owners.

The infrastructure supporting that launch is substantial. Huspy now facilitates approximately US$1 billion in transactions each month and handles approximately 25 percent of residential mortgages in the UAE. Underpinning that volume is Huspy 2.0, an AI-native real estate app that consolidates core agent workflows into a single platform, covering listing management, lead and pipeline visibility, buyer matchmaking, instant property valuations, market intelligence, and AI-powered assistance.

Mark Castley, CEO of Real Estate at Huspy, made clear that the technology layer is what makes scale possible without sacrificing service quality. “Our new real estate and mortgage platforms connect the complete homebuying journey, from matching buyers with the right property to securing the right financing,” he said. “As we expand further within the luxury market, this technology will give our agents greater intelligence, speed, and control while enabling them to deliver the highly personalised experience luxury clients expect.”

The company now operates across four international markets with more than 500 employees. The practical question, as LuxuryX’s specialist team moves into Huspy’s infrastructure and Huspy Signature prepares for its debut, is whether the combined operation can deliver at the premium end of the market with the same consistency it has built at scale.
