Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

7. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rimal Wire regarding the Site, superseding any prior agreements.
  • Changes to the Site: Rimal Wire may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice.
