Abu Dhabi Property Manager Deploys First Flexible Rent Payment System
Capstone Real Estate operationalizes flexible payment infrastructure across Abu Dhabi properties.
Capstone Real Estate is set to become the first property management company in Abu Dhabi to operationalize Keyper’s Rent Now, Pay Monthly digital payment system, formalizing a partnership that puts flexible rental infrastructure at the center of the emirate’s evolving property market.
The collaboration deploys Keyper’s RNPM solution directly into Capstone Real Estate’s property management infrastructure. Rather than settling full-year rental amounts upfront through traditional cheque payments, eligible tenants will be able to structure annual obligations into monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual schedules. The shift is both technical and operational: Keyper will provide implementation oversight and ongoing technical support as the system activates across Capstone’s portfolio.
Muhammad Shoaib, Chief Executive Officer of Capstone Real Estate, described the deployment as a direct response to tenant feedback. The system, he said, addresses payment flexibility demands while simultaneously expanding the qualified tenant pool available to landlords. Two operational problems, one platform.
Amer Al Ahbabi, Chairman of Vertix Holdings, which is affiliated with Capstone Real Estate, added that the digital infrastructure is designed to automate rent collection and payment processes with enhanced transparency. Al Ahbabi emphasized that the system eliminates operational downtime while distributing benefits across both tenant and landlord stakeholders as the region advances toward digital property management infrastructure.
The market context matters here. Dubai’s rental market recorded over Dh32 billion in contract value spanning more than 253,000 transactions in early 2026, with flexible payment arrangements increasingly displacing bulk annual settlements. Abu Dhabi’s property sector is expected to follow that trajectory as flexi-rent programmes gain adoption in the coming years. Capstone’s deployment positions the company ahead of that curve rather than behind it.
Meanwhile, the operational case is straightforward. Tenants have increasingly requested payment options that align with monthly income cycles and cash flow patterns. Property managers and landlords, for their part, have sought systems that reduce administrative overhead and broaden their applicant base. The RNPM solution targets both pressures at once, automating collection while restructuring how annual commitments are managed on the ground.
Omar Abu Innab, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Keyper, framed the Abu Dhabi rollout as proof that technology infrastructure can modernize the rental transaction experience at scale. Keyper specializes in rental payment solutions and digital rental experience modernization for tenants and property stakeholders alike, while Capstone operates as a UAE-based property management and real estate services provider focused on technology-enabled service delivery.
The partnership’s practical test will come as the system moves from activation into routine operation across Capstone’s portfolio. Whether the RNPM framework can deliver the administrative efficiency and tenant uptake both organizations are projecting will determine how quickly other Abu Dhabi property managers consider following the same path.
