Dubai AI Seal puts a human face on the city's AI workforce
Certification reshapes who can serve government teams in the emirate
For a company whose software quietly helps run parts of Dubai’s public services, a recent piece of paper carries real weight. 10ⁿ Tech, a Dubai firm that builds enterprise AI platforms and digital twins for government and business, has been confirmed as a Dubai AI Seal Enterprise by the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence, part of Dubai Future Foundation, with the approval dated 22 October 2026.
The seal matters to the people and organisations the company works with. Since 19 October 2025, Dubai Finance has instructed government entities to contract only with Seal holders for AI-based services and consultancy, which means certification now directly shapes who can serve public institutions. For the teams behind Dubai Municipality’s video analytics or the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority’s digital twins, both delivered by 10ⁿ Tech, that distinction translates into continued trust and continued work.
The verification itself is grounded in paperwork rather than promises. DCAI launched the Dubai AI Seal in January 2025 to check AI companies licensed in Dubai, and the review relies on documents: invoices that name the AI product or service, and letters from Dubai clients explaining how the AI is actually used. Certified companies receive a serial number and one of six tiers, running from E to S.
Behind the certification is a story the company’s leadership tells in personal terms. “As a company, we were doing AI before it was cool, just like the UAE on the global stage, which appointed an AI minister in 2017. In 2019 TechCrunch covered our face recognition smart glasses for public safety, which we launched with Vuzix as a world first. I graduated in industrial automation twenty years ago, but my passion was always IT: improving and automating people’s knowledge work. Now that generative AI gives the workforce superhuman capabilities, we are grateful for this recognition, and we will wear the badge proudly into even more challenging enterprise and government engagements,” said Dmitry Doshaniy, CEO of 10ⁿ Tech.
What the company builds reflects that long view. Its AI platforms run on Microsoft Azure UAE North or on customers’ own NVIDIA GPU servers, an arrangement that keeps data inside the country. Its delivered systems include AI agents with approval steps and audit logs, Arabic and English AI avatars used for government services, and the data centre infrastructure those platforms run on, alongside many turnkey IT projects.
Established in 2016 and operating from Dubai’s Knowledge Park under the Dubai Development Authority, 10ⁿ Tech describes itself as a software developer and solutions provider delivering digital-transformation projects that combine proven technologies with newer innovations. Its core practices span digital twins and immersive VR/AR experiences, enterprise AI, and turnkey enterprise IT covering data centres, cloud platforms, cyber-security and managed operations. The team says it has earned the trust of major government entities and private enterprises across the UAE and MENA by turning emerging technologies into practical, scalable products that boost safety, efficiency and growth. For a company that began with an engineer’s conviction that knowledge work could be made better and faster, the seal marks both an ending and a beginning: recognition of twenty years of persistence, and a credential that now opens doors across Dubai’s public sector. Where those doors lead next, for the public teams relying on its systems, is the question the badge now invites.
